(Be Healthy at Every Size, 2013) by Gina Roberts-Grey is a magazine article that explores the correlation between health and weight. The multi system question that she asks is: Does a woman have to be a certain weight in order to be healthy? In her study, she asked five women with varying ages and occupations to share their results based on the Johnson & Johnson Digital Scorecard app. Based on the app, on a scale from 0-100, the closer the number is to 100, the better the overall health of a person. She concluded that some of the bigger women that had nutritious diets and stayed active were still healthy regardless of their weight. I believe that the purpose of this study was to prove that it is okay for a woman to be overweight, as long as she lives a healthy lifestyle.
