What is a balanced life? Do you live a balanced life? Well, having a balanced life is about tasting a little bit of everything. For example, living in peace and harmony everyday. Balance comes in physical forms, emotional forms and spiritual forms. Being in a balance may mean something different to each individual. For me, having a balanced life means that I have to see my friends, maintain my relationship with my boyfriend, make time for my family and of course, being active on a regular basis.

Do animals experience happiness?   Some people do think that animals can feel emotions and some do not. They may act like they do feel happiness, but are they able to feel it? This question will be studied to be able to see more clearly.

  As we all know, the end of semester is a period where students are overloaded by exams and projects so their level of stress and fatigue is high. It is hard to stay focused when you do not have enough energy and sleep. This is a period where we have a lot of things to do at the same time and it is hard to manage everything. There are many bad consequences of stress because it inhibits our ability to perform as well as we would otherwise could. Eating properly can help reduce the stress.[1]
