About this class

This is the 5th and final  ESL course for  students in Hotel Management. The students meet regualry to plan several fund-raising events in order to organise a benefit supper putting into practice what they have studied in their program. The class is divided into the following  committees in order to organise an event: marketing, supper, finance, and promotion committees. They will be writing memos, minutes, agendas, and business reports.

In this ESL course the students apply English through  the planning of their own event management company.  They will be writing  mission statements,  press releases, publicity  (TV, radio, website, etc), and a company profile.
