Physical activity: a good treatment

In the past 20 years, government and some associations really encourage and insist the population to make sport a life style. And this is not for nothing; more than 700 millions of people are suffering of obesity. Besides that, the quote ‘A healthy spirit in a healthy body’ is getting more and more popular. Why?
Sports can help you to lost pounds, makes you fit and develops your cardio. Obese people usually don’t want to practice a sport or go to the gym, because they are already big. But moving is more than nothing; sports prevents cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, hypertension and osteoporosis. Trainers in gyms maybe look fit, but they often see people in this situation and they are formed to help people like that.
But also, people whose victim of depression or other mental disorder will surely be victim of the positive effects of health benefit of sports and physical activity. It’s now prove that sports can help to fight the mental disease. When you pratice sports, like when you laugh, endorphins is naturally spread all over your body. Endorphins is recognize of being able to producing analgesia and a feeling of well-being.
Personally, when I feel depress, too stress of my school week, or simply bored, I go run a good distance with music. When I come back to my house, I feel a lot better and motivated. Just by the past two years, I was in sport-etude which I was practicing my sport or doing physical activity each day. When I arrive in CEGEP this year, I felt more tired and I really feel that I have to move. As well, in these two years, I never get sick. Just this year, I always feel like I’m having a cold. So I strongly suggests you to practice a sport or just move more!
